Basic Provisions
1.1. For issues not regulated in this Policy, as well as the interpretation of this Policy, Hungarian law shall apply, especially with regard to the Civil Code of 2013, Act V ("Ptk.") and the Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce and Information Society Services. The mandatory provisions of the applicable laws apply to the parties without any special stipulation.
1.2. Scope, Modification of the Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Copyright protection of the webshop as a copyrighted work, with attention drawn to this.
1.4. Availability.
Data Processing Rules
1.5. Reference must be made to the availability of the privacy policy and the data protection registration number. Products and Services Available for Purchase
1.6. It should be noted whether the displayed products can be purchased only online or also in person. Whether the products include VAT. Whether they include home delivery or packaging fees.
1.7. The webshop provides detailed information about the product name, description, and a photo of the product. The images shown on the product pages may differ from the actual product and may serve as illustrations in some cases.
1.8. If a promotional price is introduced, the Provider will inform users about the duration of the promotion.
Order Process
1.9. Detailed description of the ordering process, from login to adding products to the shopping cart.
1.10. Options for correcting input errors (e.g., adding a product, removing a product, checking the price, etc.)
1.11. Description of payment options and delivery methods.
1.12. The service provider's webshop is obligated to immediately confirm receipt of the user's order electronically. If this confirmation is not received by the user within the expected deadline based on the nature of the service, but no later than 48 hours after sending the order, the user is released from the offer or contractual obligations. An order and its confirmation are considered received by the provider and user when it becomes accessible to them. The above rules can be modified by mutual agreement.
Processing and Fulfillment of Orders
1.13. When will orders be processed?
1.14. General fulfillment deadline, within x business days from confirmation. If no agreement is reached regarding the fulfillment time, the service provider is obligated to fulfill the contract no later than 30 days from the receipt of the order by the provider.
1.15. If the provider cannot fulfill the contract due to the unavailability of the specified product, they must immediately inform the user and refund the amount paid by the user within 30 days. This obligation does not release the provider from other consequences of breach of contract.
Right of Withdrawal
1.16. According to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the user can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the ordered product without providing a reason, and return the product.
1.17. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal: after receiving the returned product, the webshop will refund the purchase price within 14 days, provided the product is unopened and in undamaged condition. The cost of return is borne by the buyer.
Warranty
1.18. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot provide a warranty. In case of malfunction, we will inform our customers about the necessary actions and provide assistance in resolving the issue.
Complaint Handling
1.19. The webshop is obligated to inform the consumer about the location of the company's headquarters, the place for handling complaints (if it is not the same as the sales location), the methods of handling complaints, and the contact details of the business or customer service, including email, website, and phone number.
Miscellaneous Provisions
1.20. The service provider and the user will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If any legal disputes arise within the scope of this Policy, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Nagykáta Court.
